    hi there! i'm a 21 years old male from germany. i'm vegan for about more than a year now because of ethicalally reasons. i started my training for 3 months, so i'm a newbie and i hope, i will get more muscles in next time i decided to start an online training journal to see my progresses. oh and my english isn't very good, i hope you excuse that
