Let's see if bumping this draws any responses. I just got Vegan Bodybuilding and Fitness, love it, and had the same question about scaling calories. I'm 5'4", 110 about 24% body fat and not looking to compete. Trying to therefore shed more fat while building muscle, although to some degree, I'd rate the fat loss higher as I think some of the muscle is there just waiting to be revealed . Thanks!
