  1. No updates so far . Dealing with food poisoning... hasn't been any good for my exercise or diet. Hopefully I'll be recovered by tomorrow.
  2. Thank you both for the encouragement !! Day 2 Chair Pull-ups: 6, 5, 6 Hanging Leg Raises: 10, 10, 8 Knee Push-ups: 10, 8, 6 Only body weight exercises today. Breakfast: bowl of oatmeal Lunch: apple, orange, edamame, walnuts Dinner: vegan Chipotle burrito, roasted potatoes Dessert: protein shake w/ strawberries, date sugar, and soy milk

Day 1 Switch Kicks: 37 Power Jacks: 30 Power Knees: 50 Power Jumps: 17 Globe Jumps: 5 Suicide Jumps: 7 Pushup Jacks: 12 Low Plank Obliques: 10 I used to be a lot better with my cardio and strength training, but lately, I've really been slacking off. I went from working out 3-5 times a week to about 1-2 times a week. Been going through some big life changes (moving, getting a new job, etc.) so it's been hard trying to stay structured and motivated in training and diet. I'm hoping that keeping a journal will help and that it gets easier to get back into the swing of things day by day.
  4. Yes I finally made it on here! My name is Fielda, I'm 23 years old and I've been a vegan for about two years. It's one of the best decisions I ever made and I hope to stick with it for many more years. I hope to learn a lot from everyone here! Thank you for the intro page dear!
  5. Breakfast is a tough one. Do you ever do fruit or protein shakes? I find those to be very simple and a good start to the day. If you have more time, I recently tried a 'french toast' recipe out and I thought it turned out great! Now it does require a very small amount of oil, but I'd say that's the unhealthiest part of it. It's just to prevent the batter from sticking to the pan, it cooks pretty quick!
