  1. Yesterday I did chest, abs and cardio Today I did legs and triceps
  2. Todays workout: Kick boxing, abs and back!! Wicked awesome workout!
  3. Yesterday I worked my legs! I am really trying to shape my legs especially the inner thigh so lots of plié squats, adductors, hip thrusts and sprinting!
  4. Today was just a day of rest. I went to the masseuse to check out my back/shoulder, it hurt like hell but after icing it I feel much better and should be back to normal training for tomorrow. Fingers crossed!
  5. Yesterdays workout: Yoga in the morning and cardio in the evening Todays Workout: rear delts and chest I threw out my subscapularis so I cant do a lot of movemtns =( it really affected my performance today. I am going to see a massage therapist tomorrow and hopefully she can fix me and get me back on my way.
  6. Workout for today: back and abs... My favorite mixed with my least favorite. I absolutely love love love back exercises and not so much abs... But I must say I love the results!
  7. Todays workout consisted of 35 minutes of cardio. 15 Minute intervals on the ARC Trainer and 20 Mins of sprinting on the treadmill.
  8. Workout for today: I did another metabolic boost training progarm which consisted of lots of compound movements. I did a whole body workout and I feel great.
  9. Today in the AM I did a leg and bicep workout, then I did a 20 min cardio session that included jumping jacks, burpees and sprinting. One of the best workouts I've done awhile, feels good! Some struggles I am having this week is my diet, I have been doing long shifts at work with little or no break leaving me very hungry!
  10. Workout in the AM: Shoulders and Triceps Later on today on my way to hot yoga!
  11. Todays workout: Hot yoga Also Sundays I like to use to mass cook what I will be eating throughout the week, so it easy to grab and go throughout the week because it gets so busy. Things I like to pre-cook: Roasted sweet potatoes with garlic, lentil loafs, quinoa, pre-wash salad, chop up veggies etc. It makes for a much easier week. =)
  12. Todays workout: TRX metabolic training (full body) fat blaster! A great way to shock the body and give it a little nudge. Now I am on my way to Hot yoga!!
  13. I forgot to write what I did yesterday: Workout in the am: Shoulders and abs Workout in the pm: Hot Yoga Today's workout: Nothing! Rest day =)
  14. Hey! I agree it would be nice to connect with someone doing the same thing. People in Calgary, especially fitness people in Calgary are not very vegan friendly. Which competition are you doing?? I am doing the INBF and I am competing as a fitness model. How about yourself?
