  2. Happy New Year, everyone! I am 38 years old and a mom of two active boys and wife to a very fun, supportive man. We went vegan about 5 months ago and never felt better. This is my first training log. This week I plan to begin weightlifting (I have not done it seriously in five years). Kids, operations, excuses etc., all very uninteresting reasons why I have slacked. No more! I will make sure 6 days a week I do something serious to get my heart pumping for at least 30 minutes. I love really challenging workouts. My favorite experience is to hike in the great outdoors with the eventual goal of trail running in the great outdoors. Another goal is to feel as young as possible for as long as possible! I will check back later and begin when I get out to work out.
