  1. I have been an endurance athlete (mountaineering, triathlon, running, mountain bike racing) for 20+ years. I have occasionally embraced strength training (and always reaped great benefits), however, I have always found enthusiasm fades for strength training. After a few months off due to injury, I am returning to my sports of choice with goals of getting fitter, dropping a few pounds and embracing more strength training. I noticed I just missed the New year challenge sign up and having the input of a training mentor - damn. Any suggestions on strenght routines? (How long is a piece of string?)I
