Hi im currently looking at getting bigger and stronger. aiming for 3200 calories a day with 190g protein. deadlift 102k 5 5 5 5 5 pull ups 9 8 8 8 6 db curls 32k 5 5 5 5 5 db rows 45k 6 6 6 6 6 lat raises 10k 6 6 6 6 6 I lowered the weight on db curls to 32k because my last workout my form suffered towards the end. Its the first time ive ever done lateral raises.

Push, Pull, Legs Heres what ive done today. pull deadlift 100k 5 5 5 5 5 pull ups 8 8 8 8 4 DB Curls 35k 5 5 5 5 5 DB rows 40k 7 7 7 7 7 food wise i am aiming for 3200cal a day. thank you.
