Hello everyone!! I am super new to this forum! I have been a vegetarian for over 10 years and a Vegan for only the past 9 months. I have really been struggling in my diet/exercise programs lately and am desperately looking for some help! I live on a small island in Canada where the Vegan community is small and pretty much non-existant in the fitness industry. I am bored with my current workout programs and feel I am not seeing the results I want because I am not eating the right things to promote muscle growth. I do well with structure and organization and I need someone to point me in the right direction. I have contacted a vegan personal training program but unfortunately I am waitlisted. If anyone knows of any online trainers that they recommend that can also assist me with a structured meal plan that would be awesome!!!! Thank you so much in advance! : )) Julia
