  1. Hey everybody, I am new to this forum. Hope it is alright to start a new creatine post... My question is whether you take in creatine constantly? Would you recommend it? Since I became a vegan I am asking myself whether it would make sense to take in creatine without any breaks. Every day, every month, every year... Vegans don't have any other creatine sources than supplements, right? This might be an argument for taking it in regularly. Usually there is the problem that your body stops synthesizing creatine, when receiving too much supplement. Since I don't take in any creatine through nutrition (meat, fish), I could maybe make up for it through a regular creatine supplement. What are your experiences? What would be your advise for me? best Erik
