  1. Can anyone suggest a chewable Vegan multivitamin? I HAVE to have chewable because of my gastric bypass. The current vitamins have Gelatin. I've been looking around to replace them. I've found a few vegetarian. One brand called Slice of Life, but after reading a review on Amazon apparently the D3 they use comes from Wool. So I'm stumped. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk

  3. Before I was Vegan I avoided pre-workouts, will most likely still avoid them as a Vegan.
  4. Hell yea! Fucking Firestorm was the shiiiiiiiiiiiiit still gets me pumped when I'm at the gym.. Their new album is pretty damn good. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BmnaIouCUO8 I saw Earth Crisis, Vision of Disorder (Also has an awesome new album out) and Sepultura (post Max) together in Philly in the late 90s, so much win. Some of the more metalcores or rock bands I listen these days.. Papa Roach Avenged Sevenfold My Darkest Days Miss May I The Devil Wears Prada Darkest Hour As Blood Runs Black All Shall Perish Acacia Strain As I Lay Dying (stupid fucking Tim) Borne of Osiris All That Remains Asking Alexandria August Burns Red lots of others Edit: Bah how the hell do I embed Youtube videos?
  5. God I love Alicia. Did she actually leave The Agonist? Their newest album is good. She's a hardcore animal person. Growing up as a teen in the 90s I was a child of hardcore. Madball, Fury of Five, 25 Ta Life, Strife, Snapcase etc.. I've taken more to rock and metalcore now a days. Earth Crisis just released a new album I've been rocking lately. They are still vegan as fuck. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk

  7. I'm to lazy to journal but I do use Jefit on my phone which is a WONDERFUL app for tracking workout progress.
  8. Not nearly as big as I want to be, which is depressing sometimes.
  9. Greetings, I'm a recovering meat, dairy and egg eater... I became Vegan approximately two months ago after watching the documentary Earthlings. My initial reasoning was ethical, but the more and more I read about the health benefits I'm excited to be healthier also. Almost all of my life I had been overweight. In 2008 I decided to have gastric bypass surgery. I had struggled and failed so many times before at losing weight so I took drastic measures. After my surgery I begin working out and I've been going at it ever since. My progress and gains are a bit slower then most due to Mal-absorption but I still love working out. I'm always looking to discuss new routines, recommendations and other things even cooking and food ideas. Looking forward to getting to know some of you wonderful Vegans. http://i.imgur.com/s8NlV75.jpg http://i.imgur.com/A6Y3NJ9.jpg http://i.imgur.com/5XHPQ64.jpg?1
