Hi guys, I went vegan a while ago and I'm still trying to optimize my protein powder options. I looked at some amino acid profiles and I was wondering if its recommendable to buy Brown Rice Protein and just add the amino acid L-lysine to make it more complete? I for e.g would add about 1g lysine to a serving of my brown rice protein... I was just wondering if there are any negative effects by doing so? I heared lysine also competes with arigine during digestion.
