Hi all, I've been vegan for 7 years now, both for ethical reasons and health. Severe food allergies make it very easy to stay vegan. Unfortunately those same allergies mean I can't eat some vegan foods such as vegan cheese, tofu, and tempeh. Fortunately other types of soy are safe. I've been lifting weights regularly for the last 8 years. I also lifted back in my 20's. My current goals are to drop 23 pounds and get my diet back in line. I love being around like-minded people! Now, I need to go finish setting up my profile....
