I am considering purchasing a dehydrator. I do not want to invest in an excaliber or similar model right now. I want to see how much I use it and how well I incorporate the long dehydration times into my schedule. I am considering this model. Does anyone have experience with it? Good for you! What kind of exercise do you do? -
I too would be interested in reading the article, if there is a way to access it online...

Another option for transitioning from vegetarian to vegan is to focus on cuisines that use little to no dairy such as Thai our Vietnamese, for example.

Hi there! I have been lurking for a bit and it was time to say hi. I went vegetarian a decade ago, and vegan five years ago. I was an amateur competitive dancer in my late terns and early 20s. I was in decent shape until about 22 or 23 years old when I started putting on weight. I went up to nearly 170. I lost the weight and then went vegetarian. And of course transitioning to vegan when I couldn't pretend that milking cows aren't living out their natural lives on old cow farms somewhere after they stop producing sufficient quantities of milk Now. I am 40 and really want to improve my physical condition. I started Bodyrock.tv workouts 7 weeks ago. And am noticing meaningful changes. Because of a knee injury (and a history of going overboard and hurting myself) I am only working out 3 days a week. I am looking forward to getting to know you and contributing to this community. I am female 120 pounds Around 19 BMI Can do 7 consecutive knee push ups My goals: gain muscle Maintain my relatively youthful appearance Do one standard push up Proudly wear a bikini
