  1. Hello everyone! I'm Daniel, I'm 27 years old. I'm new to being a vegan. I was vegetarian for about 3 years and then went back to eating meat again about 6 years ago. I've got a new outlook on life and wanted to be healthier. So I'm going back to a plant based diet. When I was around 20 years I went vegetarian for those 3 years and lost about 100lbs. Going from 280 to around 180. Started eating meat again and started weight lifting.. gained so weight to around 200lbs. After going through a divorce I wanted a better outlook and a healthier life. So I'm going Vegan. I've kept with it for about a week or more now. Got to say I feel great. And looking to keep my body going.
  2. I would look into truenutrition's website. You can create your own mix of proteins. I use a 35/15/50 split of pea/rice/soy. They are in California so shipping shouldn't be too bad. Kills me tho usually 10-15 dollars. Anyway the have a article on their forum about complete vegan proteins which is a great read. Anyway.. Hope that helps.
