Hi people, Had a look around at the forum, and I'm impressed with all the info. Happy I found this place. I need to get straight to the point with what I'm looking for though. I'm about to embark on a cutting journey. I am 6,2" and weight 85 kilos at around 20% body fat - I want to get down to 10% I already have training in place. I will be running pre breakfast 4-5 times a week. As well as a decent 3-4 day a week weight lifting session. Now I need to know what I should be eating... I want to try and stay away from tofu and processed things like that and try to eat wholefoods raw where possible. I will take plant protein shakes like hemp. Can anyone give me a good example of what I should be eating on a daily basis?

Hi people, just discovered this forum. I was looking for vegan body building recipes. I plan to start a body transformation and do it all vegan. I hope to find some useful help here as I'm kind of a newb when it comes to vegan body building. I would like to do a journal showing my progress, this will help me stay disciplined and also hopefully help some others to show you what I'm doing. I did achieve a good body with abs back in 2011 but have been on and off beating around the bush, never getting my ass in gear properly. Now is the time!
