  1. Hi Guys, Just thought I would share my journey. Please check out my vlogs on my channel. I am really enjoying myself tbh. I am completely new to Powerlifting and been doing it about 6 weeks. A I have my first comp in April for the Euro qualifiers. I don't expect to qualify but I can't wait to give it a go! I know this is cheeky but please take a look at my videos. I am looking for some friendly help and support. So please like subscribe and leave comments with advice or anything you see fit. I am going to post each week and keep you updated.   3. Work on all your muscle groups mate as you want to be in proportion. Have you done any strength training before?
  4. Hey guys! My name is Tom and been Vgean just over a year now. I thought I would share my new body and fitness transformation. I have lost 12kg 112 to 100 kg in the last ten months. I have set myself a challenge to get to 92kg or 16% fb by 5th of March ( my bday ) if I hit it I will shave my beard or if not I keep it until I do lol! I am posting it on Instagram and I thought it would be cool to do it on here to. I am doing a 12 week cycle with my mate from work, so moral support all is good! Anyway I am posting a pic from last week before the new workouts. Thanks for looking. Tom
  5. I would say that you are possibly doing too much. Also you might want to consider dropping some cardio time and doing some heavy-ish weight training? Mix things up! I am a PT so pm me for advice mate no worries. Tom

  8. Hi C.O.! Here you go https://www.freeletics.com/en The cool thing about Freeletics is you can do it anywhere! I either tend to do it at home and occasionally at the gym. It is massive in Germany and they have groups over there that do it in park and stuff. Cheers, Tom
  9. Hi Everyone! I have been a Vegan nearly 7 months now and I am really feeling good I am currently doing a program call Freeletics, if you have not heard of it check it out its great. Its basicly a bit like crossfit but with body weight only. I am using it to begin my journey of wanting to get strong for Calesthenics. I am currently not taking any workout supps or pre workout and so on....Would you recommend taking supps? I have never been a big one for taking them, but now I am Vegan do you think it is essential?
