  1. I do p90x (kinda) and my diet as of yet isn't vegan. I was heavily bought up on meat but more I read and think about it the more I want to stop eating it. I'm at the point now where when I have more knowledge and can find a diet that works for me that i will stop. I exercise 4 to 5 times a week doing the 3 p90x weighted workouts and i go spinning once or twice a week as well. I'm 5,6 and weigh 73kg i think my body fats around 7 or 8% a typical meal for me is 1 cup of oats with a 3rd a liter of soy milk, table spoon of peanut butter, a chicken breast and a shed load of veggies. I'm just have no idea what to eat to maintain myself. hopefully someone can give me some advice and some good examples and help me on my way to becoming a better person.
