  1. Hey guys, Am new to this site so thought I'd introduce myself. My names Josh, I'm 22 years old and from Australia. Have been vegan for the past 18 months and vego 6 months prior to that. 3 months ago I started seeing a trainer and have been getting in to the gym on average 3-4 times a week. I'm 6 foot 1 and weigh in at 82.5kg currently. My goal is to pack on a fair bit of mass in my arms/chest (What man doesnt want that right? haha) I fly for a living and work pretty irregular hours and have limited options in terms of kitchen facilities on the plane so my nutrition isn't always 100% but I try my best where I can (lazy in the kitchen!) I wanted to know if anyone had some advice on what to supplement with to achieve the best results in gaining muscle? Currently I take a daily deva multivitamin, BSC vegan protein shake (usually 2 scoops, once a day.. sometimes twice 19g of protein per scoop) and the odd clif builders bar. I'm still fresh to learning about lifting and particularly achieving results on a plant based diet so any advice at all would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
