Hey all! My name is Terina, 23 from Las Vegas (born and raised!). I've been vegan for 3 1/2 years (and vegetarian for 9 overall). I got into heavy weightlifting and muscle-building about 6 months ago now and I'm loving it! I play tennis competitively, but I was never really into lifting or getting a good workout. I'm hooked now! I am lifting about 5 days a week and mixing cardio in with that for at least 4 days. I am looking to going aesthetic and I would like to compete in a figure competition sometime next year! It's nice to meet you all and I'll be continuing on this fitness journey with you!
