  1. Just as sounds folks. I have a shoot in 2 weeks. Was gonna load up on fruit and veg as usuall. Keep sweet fruit till postworkout. Limit fats. Maybe sodium and waterload 1week out?? Any tips or additions. Much appritiated
  2. Hey folks. Im new to forums so still a bit unsure how it works so sorry if im putting stuff in wrong place. I was paleo for past few years. Switched 80.10.10 bout month ago. Looking great. Feeling even better. Am loving it. Looking forward to learning off you all. I am a fan of weight lifting. Surfing. Intermittent fasting and fruit. So i love mixing these together to forge a lean mean raw surfing machiene..
