Hello everyone My name is Dan. I used to be a vegetarian for a few years until I became vegan last Jan. My goal is to build muscle and fat loss. My body wants to be like a fashion model, not like competition if you know what I mean. I just want to know how much I need to eat food like calories, fat, protein, and carbs to build muscle. Can you help me out? My height is 5"10, weight is 165 and body fat- 16.2%.
