  1. Hey Karma, I agree that it is difficult to find information related to vegan sports nutrition. It's certainly not something widely covered in the traditional fitness magazines or media and it looks like a good resource has been built up here. I'm more interested in bodybuilding than ballet myself but it's cool to see people with such a wide array of fitness and training interests here. Good luck with your training - Kev
  2. Good luck with the challenge weez.
  3. Great to hear your story Jim. I used to be much better at tracking my calories in Myfitness pal but have not been doing so as much recently. Your post has inspired me to turn the screw on my nutrition and start to take it more seriously once again. I'd be keen to see your progress in a few months time. Thanks, Kevin
  4. Hey Nandia, Congratulations on your weight loss. So now you are looking to get into improved shape but do you have an idea of what you would like to achieve? I am pretty new to this forum myself but I am sure if you search around there would be some beginer programs. If you are completely new to weight training then a good place to start could be the book "Starting Strength" to learn some of the most important lifts. It would probably be a good idea to get a trainer or train with friend who can help to teach you the basics of strength training and weight lifting.
  5. Hi Dan, How is your training going so far. What does your diet currently look like in terms of protein, carbs and fat and your training plan?
  6. Hi Burn, Well done on your results on the vegan diet so far and with your calisthenics training. When do you think you will be able to train again?
