Hi everyone, I am new to this forum so I thought I should quickly introduce myself. My name is Sandy and I am from India. I was recently diagnosed with pre-diabetes and my doctor advised me to lose weight and get more physically active. I started going for morning walks and I have lost around 2 kg of weight. Now I am also planning to start some weight training so that I can shed off some fat and builds some muscles. I am not a vegan but I am a vegetarian. I think the concept of this forum (vegan) is very different and interesting that's why I joined it. I would love to make some friends here and know more about body-building, health and fitness.
