  2. Not so much into tofu and seitan or processed fake meat, so i would like to know what do you think about my diet. I generally eat 1 sandwich with 100g of peanut butter and some jam 100g of almonds protein shake with fruits like banana blue berries and sometimes avocado and mango and since i work in a vegan pizza place i eat one nice pizza (vegan cheese) and some zucchini oh yes and a big salat and a handful of sweet potato I do not count all macros, but i guess i get something between 100 and 120g of protein, and 2300-2500 kcal. My bmr is around 2000. and TDee is around 3000. What do you think?
  3. Hey Y'all 24yrs old Male vegan loving powerlifting and all strength sports, starting now to be serious about training. My goal is to compete in Push Pull meets only (in the future of course), so i rarely do squats, not that i do not like to see it performed by others (i actually love to watch squats) but i am not interested in doing it and i prefere to focus on 2 lifts only. So yeah this is my log and i would like to share some ideas about training and stuff, i am a bit of a newbie so my 2 lifts are very weak compared to my bodyweight.. I am 90kg x 180cm and a bit chubby. My training is like a modified version of The Texas Method. Monday Volume day- Bench press 5x5 @70-80% of last friday SLDL 3x10 Rows variation (or dumbbells or barbell rows) 3x8-10 DB bench 3x10-12 Rear Flys 3x10 Floor Press 3x8-10 Curls variations 3x8-10 (optional) Wednesday Light Day- OHP 3x5 Deficit Deadlift 3x5 @60% of last Friday Rows variation (or dumbbells or barbell rows) 3x8-10 DB bench 3x10-12 Rear Flys 3x10 Floor Press 3x8-10 Curls variations 3x8-10 (optional) Friday Heavy Day- Bench Press 5 singles Deadlift (conventional) 5 singles ABS work
