  1. I have one of the new generation Garmin Vivoactives. Completely changed my life!
  2. Agreed, get yourself a kettlebell and some layers and get out there!
  3. With my body and amount of calories it takes to build, I still find I have to do a lot of cardio to stay within my goals. I'm happy with that though, I have become passionate about running.
  4. Leave out the tofu and you will still have 30g protein. Keep it in and you have 50g and 600 calories.....
  5. Apologies for the self promotion, I wouldn't do it if I didn't genuinely think you guys would enjoy the recipes here.... The majority of these recipes were the recipes I used to lose 45lbs but now I have stripped my body of all the weight, I am rebuilding.
