  1. Any watch that has a stop watch, imo. Are you looking for a smart watch that tracks your steps, heart rate, etc.?
  2. Hola Alex! Building muscle is all dependent on what you eat and how you exercise. Being vegan is incredibly cheap. Some inexpensive options are beans, oats, veggies, tofu, seitan, etc.

  5. Congrats on your inquiry to be vegan. That's the first step. I recommend you research the benefits of veganism. What helped me was reading the book titled, "The China Study." There are many reasons to go vegan but know whichever you choose you are benefiting all. Good luck!!
  6. Good job being vegan. It's liberating!! One thing I realized when I started my prep was I wasn't eating enough and my coach increased my caloric intake which jump started my fat burning. From what you're telling me is it seems you may not be either. I am not a nutritionist or a personal trainer, fyi.
