Hi I’ve had MS multiple sclerosis since 2012. I want to try a vegan diet. I’m eating so many carbs, where I was eating under 150-100 grams with a traditional bodybuilding low carb diet. How does one get protein? I’m using quinoa/brown rice pasta right now. Or just plain quinoa from Trader Joe’s that i microwave. The carb/protein ratio is extreme. What do you guys eat to stay lean?
