Guest Posted June 28, 2006 Share Posted June 28, 2006 I'm going to much more of a rawish diet and I've just being screwing around and came up with a new yummy something. -Its homeade raisin/cinnamon bread...don't have a recipe I always wing it in my bread machine. -one one slice I spread sunbutter on to taste(homeade too...just toast sunflower seeds and put them in the food processor with some peanut oil to make it into a paste consistancy...don't use too much oil). -two layers of kale -one layer of sliced tomato -12hr soaked red lentil and quinoa mix(80/20 lentil to quinoa) about 1/2cm thick(I had some oregano and black pepper in for the soaking as well) -then a spicy mustard It tastes great and I imagine some avacodo would make it much better!!!
