esqinchi Posted June 5, 2015 Share Posted June 5, 2015 I think Derek does them from a can. If that's your decision, then maybe look for a low sodium variety. Canned beans are pre-cooked, just FYI. Cooking them from their dried form is pretty easy too. However, I think maybe the most nutritious way would be to sprout them by soaking them until soft; change the water daily, of course.
