Check the video below Ingredients60g Quick Oats1 Large Banana60ml Soy MilkCinnamon to tasteCoconut oil (for cooking) Nutritional InformationProtein: 10.7gCarbs: 66.5gFat: 6.8gCalories: 388kcals Step 1: Preheat your pan on a medium heat and peel and mash your banana inside of a large mixing bowlStep 2: Add your oats, cinnamon and half of your soy milk and mix together with a fork.Step 3: Add the remaining soy milk and continue to mix with fork.Step 4: Spray your pan with coconut oil and spoon the mixture into the pan one by one.Step 5: After about 2 minutes you can flip each mini pancake (ensure that the bottom is golden first).Step 6: Cook for a further minute on the flipped side - cook remaining mixture.Step 7: Plate pancakes, add toppings (sugarless maple syrup in my case) and enjoy! henry thinman Posted February 9, 2018 Share Posted February 9, 2018 Grate a potato or 2, a little salt and frypan on medium, usual cover for the first few minutes.
