henry thinman Posted February 11, 2018 Share Posted February 11, 2018 (edited) Actually I buy Polish Bigos from the Polish food shop in jars, Wolski vegetarian cabbage stew with mushrooms, just add vegan sausage, potato pancakes or pierogi. The texture of a some of brands I tried weren't very good, Field Roast, Tofurky and Gusta all seemed to have same texture kind of mushy.
