vegan custard pudding

Ingredients:

 

- 65 gram of custard powder

 

- 65 gram of sugar(I used less becouse the soy milk was already sweet enough)

 

- 1 litre of soy milk

 

Making the pudding:

 

- Mix the suger and the custard powder

 

- put 6 tablespoons of soy milk in the mix of powder/sugar and stir it until there are no lumps

 

- warm up the soy milk

 

- mix the sugar/powder/soy milk with the heated soy milk

 

- let it boil for 3 minutes

 

- put it in a bowl and let it cool down for 3 hours

 

- now you have vegan custard pudding

 

I am not a cullinairy genious or something, I just followed the recipe on the back of the custard powder package and replaced cow milk with soy milk

Also I used the metric system so you might need to recalculate some things, or have a lot of pudding:)
