The PhytoAthlete Posted May 8, 2014 Share Posted May 8, 2014 I guess you could get a range or rough estimate on this, but to me it really depends on the person, their current metabolism and what they are currently eating on a daily basis. If you want to email me what you consume in a day(amounts of each food/drink) I could figure out where you are at now as far as calories, carbs etc and give you an idea of where to go from there depending on what you are wanting to accomplish.
