I weight train 4 times a week and do upper body/lower body split. I have been training this way for the past 5 weeks and beginning to see some proper muscle growth. I use Reflex vegan protein powder and eat a lot of stir frys and fresh salads. I am having a problem with sore shoulders at the moment and was wondering if it could be something I am lacking in my diet?? If anyone could help it would be much appreciated.
