ban_an_a Posted February 1, 2014 Share Posted February 1, 2014 Hi everyone, I'm a male, 21, student and living in the UK (Glasgow). I have been vegan for around 1.5 years. I joined the gym today. I am looking to get some definition, bulk up a bit and get more fit. I am around 171cm tall and 66kg. I have no interest in protein supplementation. Does anybody else here train without it?
