Hi all, this introduction forum doesn't seem to get much traffic but I thought I'd introduce myself anyway.

 

I've been vegan for more than two years. After a many year preoccupation with losing weight and then keeping my weight down I've decided to work on strength and fitness instead. I'm excited for this change but a bit of a newbie. I run 3 days a week and have only recently gotten into lifting.

 

I'm looking forward to getting to know some of the members on here!
