Hi All:

 

In 2012 (DOB 12/30/62) I walked away from meat, dairy, cheese, eggs and most living protean, (occasional shrimp/crab). I did it for 30 day test and here it is July 2014 and I never looked back. In the first 6 months I lost 40 pounds, complexion changed, sleeping 7 solid hours, , sex drive/performance is best since I was 18, no more mid day "crashes", I run further, work harder and have never felt better. People still pass me on the street because they do not recognize me. I still have about 20 pounds to loose and looking for direction/help.
