Newbie Vegan_Bodybuilding

Hi Everyone,

I have been eating vegan for the last thirty days. I wanted to see what I would feel like before I made a full commitment. I have enjoyed it. I am now embarking upon a new journey, body sculpting. While I don't have a desire at this moment to compete, I would like to train as if I am. I am hoping to get leaner, stronger and to have some body definition. The training piece I have. I think the struggle will come with the eating. I work in a gym and many of the trainers are concerned with the no meat thing, which they say is necessary. So I am researching diet. Any ques on that would be most helpful.

I am excited!!!
