mike v Posted September 13, 2014 Share Posted September 13, 2014 hello all. my name is mike and i've been vegetarian for just shy of 4 years. i say vegetarian rather than vegan because i have a tendency to cheat a little here and there with a slice of cheese pizza (usually for the sake of convenience) or an occasional doughnut that caught my eye while getting my morning coffee. i know i need to knock that off, especially one i begin training. anyway, im an avid cyclist and i enjoy a good workout but need to work on consistency. but i'm happy to be here and i hope i can learn from this forum.
