Hello everybody,

 

My name is Roman, I have been Training for all my life but have become vegan only about 4 months ago in order to improve my health from the diet perspective.

Have come to learn on how to gain weight and improve my workouts in general.

The first 4 month have been awesome! I started doing this because I had joint pain because of my arthritis which worsened because of my weight lifting. Now no more pain! because i don't eat crap no more. Only issue is I been dropping a lot of weight. because I don't take supplements for my workout. So just recently started to increase my

calorie intake and making protein smoothies from black beans etc to increase the protein intake as well. Came here to learn about how i can tweak the workout in order to gain more muscle and improve my meals and just chill:)
