Hey, newly vegan!

Hello all!

 

I've been vegetarian for several years now, and recently made the jump to being vegan (yay)! Also starting to take health and fitness more seriously.

 

Though I don't intend to be a body builder, I do have a goal of increasing my overall muscle mass by 10% by January, and decreasing my body fat % to 15 (which I think is about normal for my age, 31) in the long term. I think I'm at ~17-22% right now.

 

Anyway, just a bit about me and my goals! Here's to being vegan!
