I'm Ryan, 26 years old from the UK, very happy to join the Vegan Bodybuilder community. I've been lifting weights for 3 years now, with pretty good results. I'm a vegan for 6 months now and I'm happy I choose the vegan lifestyle. I still need to lose a bit weight to go below the 15% body fat, but so far so good.
Working on becoming stronger and looking to improve my endurance.
