My back is better after lightening up on my ab work.Today: 10 min treadmill 2 sets each of 5 upper body lifts or pulls interspersed with 2 sets each of 3 high rep ab moves, 10 mins bike.Woof. When I literally fell to the floor on my failed attempt to exit an ab torture device, I figured I was well done. I tried to bike but it kept pausing because my hr was to high. Ok, fair effort.
