John V Posted January 13, 2015 Author Share Posted January 13, 2015 45 mins treadmill After 2 min warmup at 4 mph, 10 mins at 5.5 mph was enough to get my hbpm to 160, walking at 140 my bpm stayed over 140 easily, I ran another 2 mins at 5.5 mph and jumped backed to 160, I finished the time at 4mph 0 incline and stayed over 140.
