45 mins treadmill

After 2 min warmup at 4 mph, 10 mins at 5.5 mph was enough to get my hbpm to 160, walking at 140 my bpm stayed over 140 easily, I ran another 2 mins at 5.5 mph and jumped backed to 160, I finished the time at 4mph 0 incline and stayed over 140. The last couple of minutes I dropped to 3.5 mph and my bpm started to drop.

Skipped Fri-sat

Today 10 mins treadmill, 60x2 bosu tree climbers, 60x2 bosu crunches between 2x 5 stations, (incline bench press machine, pull down pulley, pulley chest flyers, pulley lat raises, dumbbell curls with reverse curls) 10 mins bike.

Thursday 10 cardio 2x5+ abs 10 cardio?

Friday skip?

Sat 10 cardio, 2x5 w 2xtra sets of bench, plus abs and then 10+10 more cardio

Skip sun

Today 10 bike, 2x5 + 2x60 bosu crunch and 2x60 bosu tree climbers, 10 stepper
