Does your coach have many clients that are women? and specifically a BBer?

I think you can judge for yourself about your diet after the show. You have some time to play around before the next show (at least a week or so). See what works during that time. Maybe it will make you fat, maybe not. Try a carb load day (and where the carbs go up in grams, not the fat!) and see how your body reacts to it! of course this is after a couple of days of carb depletion.

Do you like dates at all? I would make some date water on hand (stick it in the fridge) just in case you get really light headed and feel like you want to pass out. Take a sip or two, and wait for 10 minutes as the glucose rushes back into your blood stream and gets to your brain. This will keep the sugars to a minimum for you, and get you glucose FAST to your brain.

He trains women but mostly for figure and bikini. Not that he hasnt trained female BB. Date water for the show? Honestly i'm leaning towards no more shows! lol.

Your posing gets better and better with each candid shot!

I am with you on not doing any shows - LOL!!. It is so nerve wracking . . at least now for me. I am going to put it out of my mind for the time being. I only want to focus on how I can keep dieting and molding my body into the image I want. It is this image that I am working towards, that I want to show. But if it isn't there by the time of the show, then I will go do the show, and keep on going to the next one! I shall say this many times, so that it stays in my mind and focus on it. Negative thoughts go away!

120.6
45 mins 12.0% 4.1 mph this am. come to find out that coach says thats way too high, to do 5%....3.8 mph. then i did 30 mins HIT (split into two before i lifted)
today started circuits. daily circuits of 30 minutes, upper body only, no legs or abs. subtracting 5 minutes of HIT daily and adding 5 minutes to low intensity. three back exercises superset three times, two chest and a bi, and three shoulder...
so tired going to go read a james patterson book. but i can guarantee i wont be tired at 9pm when i want to sleep.
