finbarrio Posted April 11, 2006 Share Posted April 11, 2006 Starting this to keep track of workouts and diet. 4/10: b-fast: whole wheat bagel, tofuti cream cheesesnacks during day: apple, plum, banana, clif barlunch: pasta w/ veggeis, chips and hummusdinner: brown rice w/ chickpeas and punjab Workouts:quick boxing workout (few minutes every morning before shower)road biking for 1 hr 4/11bfast: clif bar, whole wheat bagel, tofuti cream cheesesnacks: apple, plum, clif barlunch: delicious veggie salad w/ tofudinner: veggie "nests", veggie pot stickers, veggie sushi, half a vegan chocolate bar (BAD!) workouts: quick boxing workoutroad biking for 1 hrMt biking for 1 hr 40 mins. It's some weird thing I got going on where I get a 24 hour stomach bug type thing every few weeks. I'm trying to figure out why it's happening (with out healthcare system you pretty much have to diagnose yourself).
