Hi Everyone,

 

I have a big big photo shoot coming up on the 12th at Jennnifer Nicole lees fitness model factory!! So I will give sample meanues so you can see what I eat!

 

Smoothie, banana, orange, collard green, protein powder, macca, water all raw all organic

 

raw veggies raw hummus raw hot sauce

 

sweet potato soup made with water onions zucchini greens hot peppers

 

pro shake banana & raw almond butter

 

walnuts & carrots home made oil free kale chips

 

sushi salad avocado cucumber seaweed & raw hot sauce

 

loads of water!!

this is my meal for me & my goals so please don't assume I think this is what you should eat everyone has diffrent needs & this is just for today!!
