New Year New Me!

 

I'm new to being vegan, just started today. Fairly new to strength training.

I've been a runner for 5+ years. I've run 5km races and 10km races.

In 2010 I trained for a half marathon but pulled a muscle and wasn't able

to run the race. I was able to walk the race and finished in 3 hours 45 min.

 

The goal for this year is to train and run a half marathon.

 

The goal for January is to lose 3 inches off my waist while strengthening

my core and legs. In February I'll start running outside once the snow

storms have slowed down and the temps start to warm up.

 

Today's workout 1/2 hour outside shoveling snow.

Tomorrow more shoveling and an indoor workout.
