How to create and maintain a Training Journal

How to create and update a Training Journal:

Create an account on (free and takes two minutes).

Login and find the Training Journals Section under the category of Bodybuilding & Fitness, which is the 2nd category down from the top.

Click on the Online Training Journals and Blogs section. Then look near the top left where it says, "New Topic" and click there.

Create a name for your Training Journal and put it in the Subject area and then proceed to write about your training and nutrition information in the Message Body.

Click Submit and your first journal entry is complete! Then simply return to the Training Journals section anytime you want to make an update, find your journal, and click "Reply" or simply fill out the box at the bottom with text and click Submit.

Good to see so many great journals on here at the moment.

Don't be afraid to comment either, generally the more active and regular you are in other peoples journals then you will probably find that your log will also start to get more interest from others. There are no real rules as to what you put in there, have a look through some of the different ones and extract the bits you find interesting ~ photos and videos tend to be well received and work wonders in adding an extra dimension and depth :wink:
