gabbygirl Posted January 11, 2012 Share Posted January 11, 2012 Sunday, monday, tuesday... Completed days 7, 8 and 9 of the 30 day yoga challenge! Headed to muay-thai on monday before yoga, and that was a great workout.. Great conditioning with lots of pushups, thai crunches and plank. Throughout that class there well over 100 squats performed. On monday my boyfriend surprised me with brendans whole foods cookbook! I am thrilled to have it and can't wait to start trying things out of it, seeing as the thrive diet book had some great recipies!
